1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SnapUI ("the Service"), operated by Digitalate LLC. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SnapUI is a mobile UI design gallery that provides screenshots and design patterns for educational and research purposes. We offer both free and paid subscription plans ("Premium Plan").

3. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Fees: The Premium Plan is available for $5.00 USD per month or $50.00 USD per year. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
• Billing: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until you cancel.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.
• Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes (e.g., VAT, GST) determined by your location. Stripe Tax is used to calculate and collect these taxes automatically where applicable.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Service Content: The design, code, and architecture of the SnapUI website are owned by Digitalate LLC.

Third-Party Content: The screenshots of mobile applications displayed on the Service are the intellectual property of their respective app owners/developers. SnapUI displays these images under the principles of "Fair Use" for design research, commentary, and educational purposes. You may not use these images for commercial purposes or claim them as your own.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Scrape, crawl, or mass-download content from the Service without our written consent.
• Share your account credentials with others (one account per person).
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digitalate LLC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
