By accessing or using SnapUI (the "Service"), operated by Digitalate LLC., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SnapUI is a mobile UI design gallery that provides designers with curated screens and UI patterns from popular apps. We offer both free and paid subscription tiers.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to update it as necessary to keep it accurate. If we discover false or misleading information, we may suspend or terminate your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

We offer free and paid subscription plans. Payment is processed through Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on a recurring basis.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. All fees are in USD and subject to applicable taxes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on SnapUI, including screenshots, app names, logos, and UI designs, is owned by their respective copyright holders. SnapUI does not claim ownership of any third-party content displayed on the Service.

You may use the Service for personal or commercial design reference purposes. However, you may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from the content without the express permission of the copyright holders.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Upload viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
• Scrape or extract data from the Service using automated means without our permission.
• Share your account credentials with others.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digitalate LLC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
